• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• 4+ years of experience with React
• Experience with Azure (cloud-native environments preferred)
• Advanced English (C1), with strong communication skills in technical and leadership contexts
• Previous experience in financial services is a plus

• Apply TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices in software development
• Manage CI/CD and deployment pipelines to ensure continuous, high-quality delivery

• Proactive mindset with the ability to step out of the comfort zone when needed
