A CGN Fusion Energy S.A. nasce da experiência acumulada do Grupo CGN na gestão de ativos renováveis e da visão estratégica de suprir uma lacuna crítica no mercado brasileiro: a oferta de serviços especializados em operação e manutenção (O&M) de usinas eólicas e solares.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• MBA in Project Management (required).
• Active CREA registration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy and renewable energy projects or contracts (external candidates).
• At least 3 years in engineering management roles.
• Experience with international companies or large Chinese corporations is desirable.
• Internal candidates: minimum 3 years of management experience within the company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of Brazilian energy sector regulations, policies, and market context.
• Familiarity with modern business management practices.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Strong operational management capability, with aptitude for innovation and organisational reform.
• Market engagement skills and intercultural communication ability.
• Availability for business travel.

• Lead the management of CGNBE's engineering project portfolio — from the study and feasibility phase through to commercial operation — including planning, scheduling, budget control, risk assessment, and quality assurance of all deliverables.
• Oversee and manage the full process of CGN Fusion's operation & maintenance service projects — including O&M technological innovation and engineering collaboration — ensuring seamless execution from project inception through to operational delivery.
• Oversee the execution and monitoring of construction works and technical maintenance services, managing engineering and construction teams across weekly and supplementary activities as required.
• Conduct technical and economic evaluations of energy acquisition projects and auction opportunities, identifying improvements and innovations during project development that enhance performance in the operational phase.
• Ensure full compliance with CGN Group standards and applicable Brazilian technical regulations throughout all project phases, and develop area-wide procedures and policies accessible to all relevant departments.
• Drive the management of CGN Fusion's technological modernisation projects, integrating innovation into engineering and O&M practices and maintaining alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments, local government agencies, and external stakeholders throughout the development and construction phases of projects, participating in contract negotiations to maximise profitability, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead market development, project execution, and customer relationship management in CGN Fusion's operation & maintenance service sector, supporting market and customer development, including customer negotiation and liaison, contributing to the commercial positioning and growth of the business.

The position requires on-site work at the offices in São Paulo/SP and Fortaleza/CE.
