Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing strategies (manual and automated) for APIs, UI, performance, regression, and integration.
• Design and maintain automated tests for NestJS (backend) and Angular (frontend) applications.
• Validate search features and functionalities relying on Elasticsearch.
• Test SQL queries and behaviors related to PostgreSQL.
• Validate integrations with Firebase (e.g., Authentication, Firestore Database).
• Test features and pipelines involving Azure (e.g., CI/CD, deployment).
• Specify quality requirements — definition of scenarios, test cases, bugs, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional development teams.
• Drive quality as a business enabler: ensure stability, reliability, and adoption by aligning QA work with product and customer success metrics.
• Contribute to platform trust and growth: support targets like high uptime, low customer-reported bugs, and smooth release cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to review requirements for testability and maintain clear documentation for stakeholders and customers.

Nice to Have / Differentiators

• Experience with Elasticsearch (queries, performance indicators).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL (queries, modeling, scripts).
• Experience with Firebase services (Auth, DB, Storage).
• QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) or experience defining and tracking quality KPIs.
• Familiarity with customer-centric SaaS environments, where QA impacts uptime, customer satisfaction, and feature adoption rates.

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in QA with automation (APIs, UI, integration and/or performance).
• Solid knowledge of NestJS and Angular.
• Some experience with Azure (CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, testing, deployments).
• Testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Strong communication skills and collaborative work in multidisciplinary teams.
