About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Integration Project Manager to lead ERP integration initiatives resulting from acquisitions and business transformations. This role will be responsible for managing multiple ERP integrations simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving data migration activities, and ensuring successful Go-Live execution across the full project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities in Oracle EBS environments, ERP implementations, data conversion, and acquisition-related integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects from planning through Go-Live.
Manage multiple ERP integrations simultaneously.
Coordinate business, functional, technical, and vendor teams.
Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive data migration activities, including extraction, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and production loads.
Partner with business stakeholders to prepare and validate legacy ERP data.
Escalate risks, blockers, and schedule impacts to leadership.
Ensure successful execution of testing, cutover, deployment, and post-Go-Live activities.
Drive stakeholder alignment across business and IT organizations.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Project Management experience in ERP or enterprise technology programs.
Strong experience leading ERP implementation, integration, or transformation initiatives.
Experience managing full lifecycle ERP integrations.
Experience with Oracle EBS environments.
Experience with data migration and data conversion activities.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of Oracle EBS experience.
Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or post-acquisition integrations.
Experience coordinating mock data loads, production loads, and Go-Live activities.
PMP, CAPM, or other Project Management certifications.
Knowledge of enterprise data migration and ERP deployment methodologies.
