Você deverá fornecer suporte aos Head Teachers e Teaching Assistants na organização em sala de aula, apoiando na orientação e suporte aos alunos, preparação de materiais e acompanhamento de atividades e; fornecer suporte ao coordenador pedagógico(a) da unidade em atividades gerais:

• Dar apoio em sala de aula, compartilhando com o Head Teacher a transmissão das instruções sobre das atividades aos alunos, a fim de melhorar o aprendizado;
• Auxiliar o Head Teacher na distribuição e coleta de materiais etc.;
• Participar na implementação de projetos didáticos-pedagógicos na escola;
• Manter a sala de aula organizada, antecipando os materiais solicitados pelo Head Teacher;
• Apoio na composição de paredes, portas, mesas e quadros de avisos ao redor da escola;
• Garantir a segurança, ficando constantemente com os alunos, em qualquer atividade, observando, orientando e interferindo quando necessário, para evitar a probabilidade de acidentes. Manter esta postura de forma abrangente para todos os alunos da escola;
• Apoiar a professora na gestão da classe em momentos de ausência ou indisponibilidade temporária dos Teaching Assistants;
• Gravar as atividades dos alunos através de vídeos e fotos e enviá-las ao Head Teacher, dentro do prazo previamente estabelecido, sem prejudicar a dinâmica da sala de aula;
• Seguir as diretrizes gerais da Red House (Política de Idiomas, Manual do Professor, Política de Avaliação);
• Cuidar da higiene pessoal das crianças, trocando fraldas e roupas, além de banhá-las quando necessário;
• Apoiar os Teaching Assistants, acompanhando as crianças ao refeitório, servindo lanches, almoço e jantar, observando os conceitos básicos de higiene e alimentação;
• Observar cuidadosamente as atitudes e comportamentos das crianças a fim de identificar doenças, informando a assistente sobre a situação;
• Relatar os comportamentos das crianças às assistentes para que elas possam relatar tais comportamentos às suas famílias.

You must provide support to Head Teachers and Teaching Assistants in classroom organization, assisting in guidance and support to students, preparation of materials and monitoring of activities and; provide support to the unit's pedagogical coordinator in general activities:

• Provide support in the classroom, sharing with the teacher the conveying of activity instruction to students in order to enhance learning;
• Assist the Head Teacher in the distribution and collection of materials, etc.;
• Participate in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects at the school;
• Keep the classroom organized, anticipating the materials requested by the teacher;
• Support in decorating walls, doors, tables and bulletin boards around the school;
• Ensure safety, constantly staying with the students, in any activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary, to avoid the likelihood of accidents. Keeping this stance comprehensively for all school students;
• Support the teacher in managing the class in times of absence or temporary unavailability of the teaching assistants;
• Record students' activities through videos and photos and send them to the teacher, within the previously established deadline, without harming the classroom’s dynamics;
• Follow Red House's general guidelines (Language Policy, Teachers' Handbook, Assessment Policy);
• Take care of children's personal hygiene, changing diapers and clothes, in addition to bathing the children whenever necessary;
• Support Teaching Assistants, accompanying the children to the cafeteria, serving snacks, lunch and dinner, observing the basic concepts of hygiene and food;
• Carefully observe the children's attitudes and behaviors in order to identify illness, informing the assistant about the situation;
• Report children´s behaviors to the assistants so that they can report such behaviors to their families.
