Descrição da vaga
Job Summary
Sigga takes the paper out of industrial maintenance. From
offices across North America, Latin America, and Europe, we give the world's
largest refineries, mines, mills, and plants mobile SAP asset management that
their technicians actually use, and we are growing fast on the back of it.
We are hiring a Director, Professional Services to own the
customer base across North America, EMEA, and APAC: every implementation, every
rollout, and every services engagement outside LATAM. You will set the delivery
model for the regions, define the success criteria you are measured against,
and recruit and lead the Project Managers who carry the accounts.
You will carry real commercial weight. Services revenue, program
margin, billable milestone attainment, and cross-sell/up-sell growth across the
portfolio all sit with you, along with the budget, the executive air cover, and
the autonomy to go get them.
The seat is a visible one. You will report directly to the
Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations, who owns Professional
Services, Customer Success and Customer Support, partner with Sigga executives
across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and have direct access and
visibility to the Sigga CEO. You will travel globally, sitting across the table
from the operations and IT executives who run some of the largest industrial
companies in the world. If you want a book of business you can put your name
on, a team of your own, and a company that treats services as a growth engine,
this is your role.

fast.

deliver a Sigga roadmap tied to their EAM objectives, and partner with Customer
Success to turn adoption into realized ROI.
