Instructional Designer – ILT

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

• Analyze existing ILT content and work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify gaps in product knowledge, information hierarchy, etc. • Extract raw, complex technical information and synthesize it into structured, logical, and user-friendly content. • Redesign, design, develop, and maintain ILT training assets including, but not limited to, instructor guides, student workbooks, and slide decks using Adobe Indesign, Powerpoint and Google Slides. • Write concise, technical, and effective instructional content for a variety of deliverables, including lesson plans, guides, and more. • Design valid measurement instruments, mapping competencies, and aligning assessments with learning objectives. • Proactively use LLMs (i.e. Google Gemini, NotebookLM) and AI tools to assist with content creation and operational efficiencies. • Follow a scalable and repeatable process in the scoping, creation, and maintenance of content. • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content. • Work closely with project manager(s) and team leads to ensure training content is focused on the right content and fills knowledge gaps.

Requisitos e qualificações:

• Certification in education, adult education, communications, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum studies, or a related field • A minimum 1+ year of related experience Some knowledge of ILT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methods • Strong background with publishing tools and graphic editors such as Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Experience or interest in using generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, NotebookLM) in training content development or delivery • Aptitude to learn new technologies and software quickly and be able to convey the meaning of complex concepts clearly to a broad audience • Advanced English proficiency.
