Descrição da vaga

The bilingual experience we aim to build goes beyond the classroom.

At Great Schools, we believe that a bilingual school is built on three complementary pillars:

Bilingual Program: the additional language becomes part of the school experience through different levels of curriculum integration.

Bilingual Education: the language is no longer simply a subject to be learned; it also becomes a means of interaction, learning, and knowledge building.

Bilingual Culture: bilingualism comes to life in everyday school experiences. The language becomes part of routines, projects, interactions, learning spaces, and the school’s identity.

This third pillar is exactly what we aim to strengthen at Great Schools: a bilingual culture in which English is no longer seen only as a school subject, but becomes naturally embedded in students’ daily experiences, from classroom activities and school routines to projects, interactions, and everyday school life.

This is the journey we are building: moving from teaching a language to creating a truly bilingual experience.

If you believe that teaching a new language also means expanding the ways students think, learn, communicate, and understand the world, come be part of this journey with us.

Come help us build the Great Schools Bilingual Culture.
